The role

As Sales Technician, you will drive our commercial growth across the Medical Devices, Tissue Regeneration, New Materials and Pharma sectors — owning the sales process end-to-end, from identifying new opportunities to closing projects, while partnering closely with our scientific and operational teams to enable the world-wide growth of Versa Biomedical.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement commercial strategies to increase sales in the Medical Devices, Tissue Regeneration, New Materials, and Pharma sectors.
• Identify new growth areas and markets, while defining, communicating, and maintaining global sales standards to achieve annual targets.
• Prepare project quote proposals and follow up on each project through to signature or closure.
• Partner with other units within the company to improve the effectiveness and implementation of projects.
• Design and optimise sales, marketing, and business processes.
• Develop and implement a long-term CRM strategy to optimise CRM usage across the team.
• Prepare, develop, and implement mailing and communication processes to support the growth of customer contacts.

Your profile

Required qualifications:

• University or Professional degree.

Additional qualifications (valued):

• Life science degree: Veterinary Medicine, Biology, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated excellence in project development and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Business Development.
• Fluent in Catalan, English and Spanish.
