The role

The QA Technician supports quality assurance across the organisation, managing documentation, monitoring compliance and contributing to continuous improvement within the Quality Management System. Their work helps guarantee that every process meets the highest scientific and regulatory standards, the pillars of Versa Biomedical’s Certified Rigor Framework.

Key responsibilities:

• Management of QMS tools: non-conformities, CAPA, change control, KPI, etc.
• Participate in QMS risk management.
• Conduct internal and external audits.
• Draft and review SOPs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Liaise with other VERSA departments to address cross-functional quality matters.

Your profile

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Health Sciences (Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology or similar).
• English at an intermediate-advanced level (minimum B2), both spoken and written.
• Catalan at a full professional level, both spoken and written.

Additional qualifications (valued):

• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001 or other ISO standards.
• Knowledge of GMP.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems.
• Hands-on experience in documentation review, risk assessment, internal/external audit execution, non-conformity and CAPA management, supplier management and validations (including computerised systems).
